By booking photography services with Rooftohearts, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservation & Retainer

Your session date is officially reserved only upon receipt of a non-refundable retainer.

The retainer:

  • secures your selected date,

  • covers preparation, planning, and exclusive time allocation,

  • is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Rescheduling

A one-time reschedule may be granted within two months of the original session date, strictly in cases of:

  • illness,

  • emergency,

  • unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires timely notice.
No reschedules are guaranteed beyond this window.

Session Duration & Overtime

Sessions are scheduled for the time purchased.

  • Overtime is available at $400 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.

  • Overtime must be approved during the session and settled prior to final gallery delivery.

Artistic Vision & Creative Authority

By booking, you acknowledge that:

  • you are familiar with my portfolio and artistic approach,

  • you trust my creative judgment, color grading, and visual storytelling,

  • final images will reflect my signature style.

Requests to alter artistic direction, color grading, or overall mood after delivery are considered additional services and billed separately.

RAW Files

Included in all sessions:

  • professional color correction,

  • light skin retouching of temporary imperfections (minor blemishes, redness).

Not included:

  • body reshaping or slimming,

  • facial structure alteration,

  • digital makeup,

  • changes to permanent features.

Additional retouching or re-editing is available at $150 per hour.

Due to the creative and bespoke nature of photography:

  • no refunds are issued once services have been rendered or images delivered.

  • dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences does not qualify for a refund.

Scope of Services

Agreement

Galleries are delivered via a private online link and remain active for the stated period.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.

  • Expired galleries may be re-uploaded for $85, which includes 30 additional days of access.

RAW files are not included unless specified.

  • Optional RAW photo files purchase: $85.

  • Optional RAW video files purchase: $85.

  • RAW files are delivered unedited via online gallery.

The photographer provides photography services only.

Any services beyond standard photography and editing are billed separately.

Booking, submitting payment, or attending a session constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
